This website

This site sets no cookies and uses no third-party trackers. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies and without identifying you. Cloudflare also processes your IP address to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.

If you contact us or book a call

We keep your name, work email, organisation and what you tell us, to reply and to prepare for the call. Booking a call uses Google Calendar's appointment scheduling, so Google processes the details you enter there. We keep correspondence for two years after our last contact.

People named in our lists

Where an organisation's own website names someone in a work role (for example its head of compliance), we may show that name and role, with the page and the date we read it. Company directors may appear as Companies House publishes them. We hold no home addresses, personal emails, phone numbers or special category data. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests; our assessment is available on request.

Who we share it with

Our clients, under terms that allow one-to-one business approaches only, with no resale. Our service providers: Google Workspace (email and calendar), Cloudflare (website), GitHub (code), and AI providers used to draft and check text. We don't sell personal data.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to our use of it. Email privacy@porthcurno.io; we act within 30 days. You can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
